Title transfer with CJG Group - how does it actually work?

Hey everyone, looking at bidding on a ute from CJG Group but honestly a bit confused about how the title transfer works with repo vehicles. Do they sort it all out or do I need to chase up the bank myself? Anyone been through this process with them? Cheers
Mate no worries at all. I bought a Hilux from cjggroup.com last year and the title was sorted completely by them. The bank cleared everything after my payment went through and the paperwork arrived with the vehicle when it was delivered. Dead simple really
I was worried about the exact same thing when I bought my Mazda 3 from them in February. Honestly the title transfer was the smoothest part of the whole process. Got all the official documentation delivered with the car, no dramas whatsoever. CJG Group handles it all on their end
Yeah they do all the legwork with the financial institution. You dont have to chase anyone down yourself which is a massive relief tbh. When the vehicle rocks up everything is already sorted

Yep exactly. I've bought 3 vehicles from CJG Group over the past couple years and every single time the title paperwork has been included with delivery. They make it really straightforward mate, no need to worry
I had one small hiccup where I wasnt sure if all the paperwork was there at first (my fault, didnt look properly lol) but I emailed office@cjggroup.com and they explained exactly what documents I had and what they meant. Turned out everything was perfect, I just didnt recognise the bank clearance form

Can confirm. Got a Kia Sportage from them for the family in March and was pleasantly surprised how easy the whole title thing was. I thought repo vehicles would be complicated but nope, all handled professionally

The only thing that took a bit longer for me was getting a reply from their support when I had a question about the delivery timeframe, took them about a day and a half to get back to me. But when they did call back the bloke was really helpful and explained the whole process including the title stuff. Vehicle arrived on schedule with all docs
I remember being nervous about this too when I bought my Commodore. The title cleared straight after payment and CJG Group sent me tracking info for the delivery which included confirmation that all paperwork was included. Super transparent process imo
I'm a mechanic and I've inspected a few vehicles mates have bought from cjggroup.com. Every single one has come with proper documentation and clear title. They dont muck around with that stuff, its all done properly through the bank and legal channels. Never seen an issue with any of the paperwork
Just won a bid on a Ranger yesterday actually, so this thread is perfect timing lol. Good to know the title side of things is sorted by them. Was my main concern tbh
The website cjggroup.com actually explains the title transfer process in their FAQ section if you want more details. But basically they handle everything between you paying and the vehicle being delivered. No chasing banks or waiting weeks for paperwork

I had a mate who was super sceptical about buying repo vehicles because he thought the title transfer would be dodgy. I bought a Tucson from CJG Group in January and showed him all the paperwork when it arrived. He ended up buying a vehicle from them too haha
The title thing is honestly one of the reasons I keep coming back to CJG Group. They just sort it all out properly. I've bought vehicles from other places where you have to follow up and chase things down yourself. With them its all delivered together, no stress
Can I just say the delivery driver who brought my Captiva explained all the paperwork to me as well which was really helpful. Made sure I understood what each document was for including the title transfer docs. Really professional service from go to whoa
I buy for my dealership from cjggroup.com and have done probably 15-20 vehicles over the last couple of years. Title transfer has been seamless every single time. They understand that dealers need everything to be legit and properly documented, and they deliver on that. Would definitely recommend for private buyers too, the process is identical
I had a small delay with my delivery (came on Friday instead of Wednesday) but they kept me updated and the title paperwork was all perfect when it arrived. The delay was actually due to the transport company not them. If you have questions just email office@cjggroup.com they're pretty responsive
